Online Admission Process

(Academic Year 2020-2021)

COVID-19 has had an unprecedented impact on students and educational institutions across the nation. Social distancing is our new norm. Therefore, keeping in mind the current situation, NGS Preschool is offering an online admission procedure to facilitate our prospective parents.

We aim to continue to keep our admission process hassle-free, whilst observing the high standards of NGS Preschool.

Our prospective parents are advised to carefully read the following stages:


STAGE 1 – REGISTRATION

Start the online registration process by clicking on the preferred campus name in the sub-section menu.

OR

Walk-in to your preferred NGS Preschool campus and collect/submit the forms.

Documents Required

1: Birth certificate of the student or Form B
2: School leaving certificate (if applicable)
3: Most recent result from the previous school (if applicable)
4: Passport sized photographs of both parents (1 each)
5: CNIC of both parents (1 each)
6: Recent passport-sized photographs of the student

Registration Fee

Once we have received your admission application forms and documents, our branch admission officer will send you a registration fee voucher which has to be paid within 3 working days.


STAGE 2 – INITIAL ASSESSMENT

After the admission forms, documents, and registration fee submission, the concerned parent will receive a call from the branch admission officer within 3 working days regarding an interview.

Details for a virtual (video) interview will be shared and a date and time for the interview will be scheduled. The interview will take place with the branch admission officer on ‘Google Meet’ or ‘WhatsApp’ video call. The estimated time for the video interview will be 15-20 minutes. The participation of both the parents in the interview is highly encouraged.

If the video interview is successful the branch Admission Office will send a fee voucher for ‘Admission Fee’ and ‘Security Deposit’, which has to be paid within 5 working days.


STAGE 3 – COMPLETION OF INTERVIEW

After the submission of the admission fee and security deposit, a final virtual interview with the branch Principal will be held. The participation of both the parents and the child is mandatory. Details regarding the interview date and time will be shared by the branch Admission Office.

N.B. If the application is unsuccessful, ONLY Admission and Security Fee is refundable. The registration fee is nonrefundable.
